UPS Budget International has a quoted average of 5-10 business days transit time. Some destination countries may fall outside this time-in-transit range depending on the reliability of the destination country's postal service. We at Merchtable cannot guarantee any delivery dates on International shipments. 


This quoted transit time does not include the time an item spends in Customs processing. 


Destination countries listed below are considered "Fully Tracked". This means that UPS will provide an alternate tracking number for you to track your shipment through your local courier's tracking system. Tracking for all other countries will not include movement or delivery scans once received by the postal authority in the destination country.

When UPS.com stops updating tracking on your shipment, that means you need to start using the Alternate tracking number, as the package is now in the hands of your local courier. You will want to track the item on your local courier's website (see our tracking FAQ for links.)


It is important you follow the tracking on your Local Courier's website so you do not miss any updates from Customs or otherwise. 


Once your shipment is in the destination country and out of the hands of UPS, you will have to contact your local courier for assistance as Merchtable is no longer able to assist.
