Orders are eligible for cancellation up until the order is marked "shipped." To help ensure your order is cancelled and fully refunded, contact help@merchtable.com as soon as possible after your order has been confirmed.
Once a label has printed, we are unable to amend the shipping address. Processing has been complete even if it has not left our facility at the time we receive your request.
